Who are the courses suitable for?

The course is ideal for those who work, or have an interest in working with young people in a professional or voluntary capacity. It is also useful for people who are interested in the mental health of young people such as parents or carers.

Due to the sensitive nature of the subjects of these courses, the numbers for each course are limited to 16 people and targeted at individuals aged 16 years and above. If you are 16 or 17 you will also need parental permission.

We also deliver the MHFA (Adult) courses if your work is mainly with adults 18+.

Mental Health First Aid (Adult)

How much does the course cost?

The cost of the course varies depending on if it's the 2, 1 or 1/2 day variant. You can either sign up to one of our open courses or we can arrange to come out to your organisation, charity or school to deliver the training to a specific group of staff.

What participants receive

All participants receive a certificate, manual and workbook to keep. As you might expect the longer the course the more comprehensive the manual is.

Where are the courses held?

We run courses all over the UK. We can run them for groups at a venue to suit you.
